Regarding refunds and edits
- You must be 18 years or older to commission me. I will not work with minors.
- I work exclusively with digital art.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
- Full payment is required upfront for all commissions. A payment plan may be arranged for commissions over $200 in value, however the commission will not be finished until it is paid in full.
- I do not reserve or hold slots under any circumstance. Please only apply for a commission if you're ready to pay.
- If you do not pay for your commission within one week of placing your order, it will be cancelled and removed from my queue.
- More complicated designs will cost more. This usually includes wings, extra limbs, complicated markings or outfit, etc. If you are unsure if your character falls under this criteria, feel free to ask me!
- Please include as much information in your commission request as you can. This means good references of the desired character(s), mood/expression or posing ideas, outfit and accessories, or anything you deem important. If you have no preference, you may choose to give me artistic freedom over such details.
WIPs
- I provide WIP sketches upon request, however they cost an additional non-refundable $10 to your commission price. You're allowed up to two sketch reviews for that price. If more reviews are necessary, you'll be charged extra.
- If you did not opt for WIP sketches in your commission application, you may still choose to ask for modifications on your commission at any moment. Additional fees may apply.
- WIP sketches are not available for icons and commissions marked as "artistic freedom".
Queue and deadlines
- I build my queue based on whoever pays for their commission first. Smaller commissions such as minis and icons may have a chance to be done earlier regardless of their place in the queue.
- There is never a set deadline for regular commissions. Please allow up to 10 weeks for your commission to be finished, be considerate of how long my queue is and other outside factors.
- If you have a deadline, such as a holiday, birthday, convention, etc, please make sure to tell me ahead of time so I can finish your commission in time. Additional "rush" fees may be given.
- My queue is public and always kept up to date, and you're welcome to check your commission status at any time. If you have any questions regarding your commission progress, please feel free to ask, but do not rush me.
Image usage
- Commissioners will receive a full resolution image file of their finished artwork and may choose to display it on their accounts, use them as profile images, print them out (for personal, non-commercial use), etc with proper credit.
- You are not allowed to mass produce or re-sell your commission in any way or form, including stickers, prints, t-shirts, NFT, etc.
- You are not allowed to use ANY of my art, commission works or WIP sketches, for any AI apps, image processing or similar machine learning tools.
- I reserve the right to publicly display any commissioned artwork on my website, Twitter, FurAffinity, or Trello, and use them for promotional/advertising purposes. If it is of your original character, you will be credited.
- WIP images may be displayed on my queue, as well as finished commissions.
- Please let me know if you don't want your commission to be public, or if you'd rather stay anonymous. Additional fees may apply.
Regarding refunds and edits
- If you wish to cancel a commission before work has begun, a full refund is possible.
- If you wish to cancel a commission once I have started working on it, you will be issued a partial refund based on the work that has been already completed.
- WIP fees and "rush" fees will not be refunded.
- No refund will be issued after work has been completed, no exceptions.
- In case a refund is needed, please do not resort to PayPal charge-back claims as it can severely affect my business. Instead, message me privately so we can arrange the details.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any moment if needed be. In such case, I'll refund you in full regardless of progress, however you'll not receive any of what was made.
- In the event that a commission is severely delayed, you'll be given the option to cancel it, and the refunded amount will be determined based on how much work has been already completed. If work has already begun, you'll receive the incomplete art file (.PNG only).
- You may choose to pick back up a commission that has been cancelled to be continued with at any given time. Additional fees may apply.
- You are allowed to make small edits to your commission on your own, such as cropping, small marking fixes (as long as it doesn't compromise the quality of the image), adding text, etc. However, if you erase my signature or claim the art was made by yourself, you'll be blacklisted and reported for theft.
- Making heavy modifications, recoloring or tracing over the purchased artwork on your own is not allowed. It's also incredibly rude and will result in you being blacklisted and possibly reported as well.
- Please do not make Telegram stickers out of my art, regardless if you commissioned it or not, unless the commission was made specifically for that purpose.
- If you requested WIP images, please point out any details that may need to be changed/fixed during the sketch phase. Small changes to the sketch are included in the fee you already paid, however large edits may require an additional cost.
- Large edits requested after work is finished (i.e. color/lighting change, pose change, clothing, background, etc) will require an additional cost to be determined by how complicated the edit is. If the change is too drastic, I may opt to deny it.
- You have up to one month to request an edit to your commission. Any modifications requested after that period will be denied, for I do not keep PSD files.
- I will not modify my art style to fit your preference. By commissioning me, you agree to giving me artistic liberty over how I choose to portrait your characters.
- I do not distribute PSD files to commissioners under any circumstance.
